It's summer! I love summer.
It's not my favourite season - that would be autumn - but I can honestly say from June through to December I'm in my happy place as far as time of year goes.
Everything up to June is just... Cold and dark followed by light and wet. It's bleak and blah.
Summer is bright, warm, and happy!
Therefore I'm going to be reading, amongst others, books from the TBR that hopefully capture the essence of the season.

DeleteMy favorite season is totally also autumn :) dunno, my summer read... would be Harry Potter, probably :D cause it's so long it can last you all summer, and I plan to read it back to back this summer myself :)

Into The Water is a very good book
